Version of 01.10.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Movia platform (the “Platform”) — a mobile application and related services for posting, distributing and fulfilling passenger transportation orders.
1.2. The Platform is provided by Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626, (the “Operator”).
1.3. By registering on the Platform you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and accept them in full. If you disagree with even a single provision, do not register and do not use the Platform.
1.4. Only persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity may use the Platform.
2. What the Platform is and what it is not
2.1. The Platform is an intermediary marketplace. It brings together those who post transportation orders (Providers) and those who fulfil them (Drivers).
2.2. The Operator does not provide transportation services. The Operator is not a carrier, a transport company, a passenger dispatch service, or a party to the transportation contract between the Provider, the Driver and the passenger.
2.3. The Operator takes no part in payment for the ride. Payment for a completed order is made directly between the Provider and the Driver (or the passenger and the Driver) by the method stated in the order itself. The Platform merely displays the chosen payment method; it does not hold, transfer or withhold those funds.
2.4. The Operator is not the employer of Drivers or Providers. Each participant acts independently, at their own risk and expense, and is responsible for complying with the law applicable to their activity — including holding valid licences, permits and insurance, and paying taxes.
3. Participant roles
3.1. Administrator — the owner of the Platform or a person authorised by them. Manages participants, settings, documents and rates.
3.2. Provider — a participant who posts transportation orders. Responsible for the accuracy of the order details: pickup and destination addresses, time, price, payment method, vehicle requirements and passenger contact details.
3.3. Driver — a participant who accepts and fulfils orders. Responsible for holding a driving licence of the appropriate category, for the roadworthiness and insurance of the vehicle, and for the lawfulness of the transportation they perform.
3.4. Dispatcher — an employee of the Administrator, acting within the permissions granted to them.
3.5. One person may be registered in several roles at the same time. These are separate accounts with their own codes, balances and ratings. The application allows switching between them but does not merge them.
4. Registration and account
4.1. Registration requires accurate details: first and last name, phone number in international format, email address, and role-specific information (for a Driver — vehicle type, make, plate number and year; for a Provider — company name and address).
4.2. Drivers and Providers may register only if the Administrator has opened registration. The Administrator may close registration for any role at any time.
4.3. On registration the Platform automatically assigns a unique code (for example DRV12345 or PRV12345) and sends a password to the email address provided. The code and password are your credentials.
4.4. You must keep your credentials confidential and not share them. Any action performed using your credentials is deemed performed by you.
4.5. If you have reason to believe someone else has gained access to your account, notify support immediately.
4.6. The Administrator account is additionally bound to a device. Signing in from another device requires contacting support.
5. Internal units — Credits (CRD)
5.1. Credits (CRD) are internal accounting units of the Platform used to pay for the Operator’s service functions.
5.2. Credits are not money, electronic money, a means of payment, a security or a cryptocurrency. They have no value outside the Platform, bear no interest and cannot be transferred to another participant.
5.3. Credits are purchased for money through the payment provider indicated in the application. Purchase terms are set out in the Public Offer Agreement.
5.4. Credits are deducted:
- from a Provider — when posting an order, and when re-posting a previously withdrawn order if the settings so provide;
- from a Driver — when accepting an order for fulfilment;
- from any participant — when lifting an automatic rating block and when purchasing Premium status.
5.5. The fee (fixed or a percentage) is set by the Administrator and shown in the application before the action is confirmed. Fee changes have no retroactive effect.
5.6. The Administrator may credit or debit Credits manually — for example as a reward, compensation or correction of an error. Every such operation appears in the participant’s Balance history, and the participant receives a notification stating the reason.
5.7. Credits are refunded only in the cases expressly provided for by the Platform settings (in particular, when an unclaimed order expires and the established conditions are met). Otherwise deducted Credits are not returned.
6. Orders
6.1. A Provider posts an order specifying the route, pickup time, price, the method of paying the Driver, and vehicle requirements. Once posted, the order becomes visible to Drivers whose vehicle matches the requirements.
6.2. Before accepting an order, a Driver sees only the pickup and destination cities. The full address and the passenger’s contact details are revealed after the Driver confirms departure. This protects the passenger’s data.
6.3. An order is taken by the first Driver who confirms acceptance. Simultaneous acceptance of the same order by several Drivers is impossible.
6.4. A Driver declining an accepted order reduces their rating. A Provider cancelling an order after a Driver has accepted it reduces the Provider’s rating and requires a stated reason.
6.5. An order that nobody has accepted by the pickup time, allowing for the configured grace period, is marked as expired and moved to the archive. An expired order is not revived; instead a copy may be created as a new order with a new posting fee.
6.6. The Operator does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of information entered by participants, does not supervise the ride and is not responsible for its outcome.
7. Rating
7.1. On registration a participant receives a rating of 100 points.
7.2. The rating rises for completed and posted orders and falls for cancellations, refusals and prolonged inactivity. Specific values are set by the Administrator and shown in the application.
7.3. When the rating reaches zero the account is blocked automatically. It can be unblocked by paying the established number of Credits, after which the rating is partially restored.
7.4. The Administrator may exempt an individual participant from the rating system or adjust their rating manually.
8. Premium status
8.1. Premium is a paid status granting a discount on fees and other advantages described in the application.
8.2. Premium is purchased with Credits for a chosen period, or granted by the Administrator free of charge, including indefinitely.
8.3. Purchased Premium is non-refundable and not compensated in money. The Administrator may withdraw Premium that was granted free of charge.
9. Rules of conduct
9.1. It is prohibited to: provide false information about yourself, your vehicle or an order; use someone else’s account; create several accounts in the same role; post orders without intending to fulfil them; attempt to access other participants’ data; interfere with the Platform by technical means.
9.2. It is prohibited to use the Platform for transportation that contravenes the law, or for any unlawful purpose.
9.3. Participants must treat each other and passengers with respect.
10. Suspension and termination of access
10.1. The Administrator may block an account for breach of these Terms, on reasonable suspicion of fraud, or upon receiving complaints. A reason is always stated.
10.2. A participant may stop using the Platform at any time. Unused Credits are not refunded unless the Public Offer Agreement or the law provides otherwise.
10.3. Deleting an account does not cancel obligations that arose before deletion.
11. Liability
11.1. The Platform is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that orders will appear in any particular volume.
11.2. The Operator is not liable for: the quality or safety of transportation; the acts or omissions of participants; settlements between Provider, Driver and passenger; damage caused during a ride; or lost profit.
11.3. In any event the Operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for Credits during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law and do not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Intellectual property
12.1. All rights to the Platform, its source code, design, name and logo belong to the Operator.
12.2. The participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for its intended purpose. Copying, decompiling, modifying and creating derivative products are prohibited.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is always available in the application under “Information”.
13.2. When the Terms change, the participant will be asked at the next sign-in to review the new version and confirm agreement. Continued use without confirmation is not possible.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
14.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel.
14.2. The parties shall seek to resolve disagreements through support. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be heard by the competent court at the Operator’s location.
