Driver
Pays when accepting an order. The fee is shown on the order card before accepting.
Provider
Pays when publishing an order. If nobody takes the order, the fee may be refunded automatically.
How to top up your balance

Open “Balance” in the app
There you can see how many Credits you have and your full transaction history.

Tap “Top Up” and choose an amount
Top-up packages are shown right in the app.

Pay by bank card
Payment is made on a secure page of a licensed Israeli payment service. Movia never sees or stores your card details.

Credits added
Your balance updates automatically, and a receipt is sent to your email.

Premium
A period during which the fee for each order is lower. Purchased in the app with Credits.
Lifting a block
If your rating drops to zero and the account is blocked, the block can be lifted for Credits.
Refund to the provider
If nobody takes a published order, the publishing fee may be refunded automatically.
Full history
Every charge and top-up is visible in the app — with the date and order number.
- Credits are not payment for the ride. The provider pays the driver for the ride directly, by the method stated in the order.
- Credits can't be transferred to another person or withdrawn as money.
- Credits are used only for Movia's fees for orders and related services: Premium and lifting a block.
