Version of 01.10.2026
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. This document is a public offer by Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626, (the “Operator”), addressed to registered participants of the Movia platform.
1.2. The subject of the agreement is the provision, for consideration, of access to the paid service functions of the Movia platform through internal accounting units called Credits (CRD).
1.3. The agreement is concluded at the moment the participant pays for Credits. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. What is being purchased
2.1. The participant purchases Credits — internal accounting units granting the right to use the paid functions of the Platform: posting orders, accepting orders for fulfilment, lifting an automatic rating block, and purchasing Premium status.
2.2. Credits are not money, electronic money, a payment instrument, a security or a cryptocurrency. They do not circulate outside the Platform, generate no income and cannot be transferred to another participant.
2.3. Purchasing Credits does not guarantee the participant any orders, income or commercial outcome.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Credits are sold in packages. The contents and price of each package are shown in the application under “Balance” before payment is made.
3.2. Payment is made in the currency shown in the application. The Platform supports the shekel (₪), the US dollar ($) and the euro (€); the actual charging currency is determined by the payment provider’s settings.
3.3. Payment is processed by an external payment provider indicated in the application. The Operator does not receive or store the participant’s bank card details: they are handled solely by the payment provider.
3.4. The available payment methods (in particular bank card and bit) are shown in the application at the time of payment.
3.5. Credits are added to the participant’s Balance once the payment provider confirms the payment. This normally takes a few minutes. If a payment succeeded but Credits have not appeared within 24 hours, contact support.
3.6. The payment document is sent to the email address given at registration.
4. Deduction of Credits
4.1. Credits are deducted automatically at the moment a paid action is performed. The amount is shown in the application before the action is confirmed.
4.2. The fee is set by the Administrator and may be fixed or a percentage of the order price. A change to the fee applies only to actions performed after the change.
4.3. Every debit and credit appears in the participant’s Balance history with the date, amount, type of operation and, where applicable, the reason.
5. Refunds
5.1. Credits are returned to the participant’s Balance in the cases expressly provided for by the Platform settings. In particular, the posting fee may be returned to a Provider if the order was not accepted by any Driver and was posted sufficiently in advance — provided that no refund has previously been made for that order or its copies.
5.2. Outside the cases in clause 5.1, deducted Credits are non-refundable: the service is deemed rendered at the moment the action is performed.
5.3. Refund of money for unused Credits. A participant may contact support requesting a refund of money for Credits purchased but not spent. The request is reviewed within 14 days. The refund is made to the same payment instrument used for the purchase, less the transaction costs actually incurred by the Operator.
5.4. Consumer rights provided by the law of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), remain in full force regardless of this section.
5.5. Credits spent on Premium status already granted, on lifting a block, and Credits granted by the Operator free of charge (welcome gift, reward, compensation) are non-refundable.
6. Liability
6.1. The Operator undertakes to keep the paid functions of the Platform operational and to account for Credits correctly.
6.2. The Operator is not liable for failures caused by the payment provider, a telecommunications operator, or force majeure.
6.3. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the payment and contact details they provide.
6.4. The Operator’s liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the participant for Credits during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Term and amendments
7.1. The offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Operator.
7.2. The Operator may amend the terms of the offer. The current version is published in the application under “Information”. Operations already performed are governed by the version in force at the time.
7.3. When the offer changes, the participant will be asked at the next sign-in to review the new version and confirm agreement.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1. This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Israel.
8.2. Claims are submitted to support and reviewed within 14 days. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be heard by the competent court at the Operator’s location.
