By registering on the Movia platform and confirming this Consent, I, a registered participant of the Platform, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Rufat Danilov, registration number 312051626, (the “Operator”), processing my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. What data I provide
First and last name; phone number; email address; information about my role on the Platform; for a driver — vehicle type, make, plate number and year, and vehicle photographs; for a provider — company name and address; any additional information I enter myself at registration or in my profile.
2. What operations I permit
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the persons listed in the Privacy Policy, anonymisation, blocking and deletion — by automated means and otherwise.
3. For what purposes
- creating and maintaining my account and providing access to the Platform;
- posting, distributing and fulfilling transportation orders;
- accounting for internal Credits units, accepting payments and issuing payment documents;
- sending me notifications about events concerning my account and orders;
- maintaining the rating and applying the measures provided for in the Terms of Use;
- keeping an action log for security and dispute resolution;
- handling my support requests;
- meeting the obligations imposed on the Operator by law.
4. Who data may be shared with
Other Platform participants — to the extent needed to fulfil a specific order; the Platform Administrator; service providers acting on the Operator’s instructions (database hosting, payment provider, SMS provider, notification service); government authorities where there is a lawful requirement.
The list of service providers and the scope of data shared with them is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Separate consent by a provider regarding passenger data
If I act as a Provider, I confirm that when entering a passenger’s name and phone number in an order:
- I have obtained that passenger’s consent to share their details with the Platform and with the driver who accepts the order;
- I have informed the passenger that they may receive an SMS about the driver’s departure;
- I am responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of sharing those details.
6. Duration and withdrawal
6.1. This consent takes effect on the day it is confirmed and remains in force until withdrawn.
6.2. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to movia.service@gmail.com. Withdrawal ends processing, except where processing is mandatory by law — in particular the retention of records of completed financial operations for the prescribed period.
6.3. I understand that withdrawing consent makes further use of the Platform impossible, since it cannot operate without processing the data listed above.
7. Confirmation
I confirm that:
- I have read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and understand them;
- the information I have provided is accurate and relates to me;
- I am at least 18 years old;
- I am aware of my rights under the Protection of Privacy Law of the State of Israel and know how to exercise them.
