Post an order — a driver will take it
For travel agencies, hotels and companies. Create a transfer in a minute, publish it — and see who took it.
Four things that happen every time you hand over an order
The message scrolls away
You sent the order out to 40 groups. In each one it slides down within minutes, and you don’t know who actually saw it.
The closing that never ends
You found a driver. Now you have to go back to every group and write “closed” — you’ll forget some, and people will keep messaging you for two more days.
A driver you don’t know
He wrote “I have a Sprinter.” No photo, no model, no idea whether he’s insured. And he’s on his way to your client.
Month-end from memory
Who drove that client, and how much did you pay him? Somewhere in a six-week-old chat — if it even survived.
An order with every detail
Routes with multiple stops
Address search, multiple pickup and drop-off points, quick addresses — the airport and popular places in one tap.
Car and passengers
Car type, adults and children, child seats and boosters, large and small luggage.
Return trip and waiting
Return transfer, waiting hours, hourly or full-day service, toll road.
Price and payment method
Price, currency and how the driver is paid — cash, transfer and more. VAT flag and whether a receipt is needed.
Draft and publish
Save an order as a draft and publish it when everything's ready.
See who's coming
Once a driver accepts the order, you see their name, phone, rating, car and its photos.
SMS to your client
When the driver sets off, the client gets an SMS with the driver's name, phone number and car plate.
All orders under control
Filter by status — Draft, Published, Accepted, En Route. Search and archive.
If nobody takes the order
The app warns you in advance that the order is still open. If nobody takes it, the publishing fee may be refunded automatically.
Until the driver sets off, they don't know who your client is
Before accepting
Drivers see only the city, time, passengers and price. No name, no phone, no address.
After accepting
The driver is assigned to the order, but the client's details are still hidden.
After “Departing”
Only now, before pickup, does the driver see the client's name, phone and exact address.
Only you can see your orders. Protection runs on the server, not just on the screen.
An ordinary working evening
- 1
19:40 — an order with no driver
Tomorrow’s 05:40 transfer has no driver. You open Movia and fill in one form.
- 2
19:41 — the order is published
It instantly appears in the list for every driver in the app. Nothing else to do.
- 3
19:47 — the order is taken
The driver appears in the order: name, phone, vehicle and its photo. For all other drivers, the order disappeared on its own.
- 4
End of the month
All your orders are in the app’s history: who drove, when and for how much. Nothing to remember.

Simple and transparent
Edit an order
You can edit an order until a driver accepts it.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order until the driver sets off. Cancellations lower the provider's rating.
Paying the driver
You pay the driver for the ride directly — by the method stated in the order. Movia is not involved in these payments.
FAQ
How much does it cost to publish an order?+
Sign-up is free. When you publish an order, a fee in Credits is deducted from your balance. With Premium, the fee is lower.
Who will see my client's details?+
Only the driver who accepted the order — and only after tapping “Departing”, before pickup. Other drivers and providers can't see them.
How will I know who's coming?+
When a driver accepts the order, their card appears in it: name, phone, rating, car and car photos.
What if the driver refuses?+
A driver can refuse only before “Departing” and by giving a reason. The order goes straight back to the general list, and another driver can take it.
What if nobody takes the order?+
The app warns you in advance that the order is still open. If nobody takes it, the publishing fee may be refunded to your balance automatically.
Can I also be a driver?+
Yes. Add a second role in the app and switch between them.
