The journey of one order
What the provider and the driver see at every step — from publishing to a completed ride.
From order to ride
- 1Provider

Route, time, car type, passengers, luggage, price and how the driver is paid. It can be saved as a draft.
- 2Provider
Publishes the order
The publishing fee is deducted from the balance. The order appears in drivers' lists.
- 3Driver
Sees the order in the list
City, time, passengers, luggage and price. The client's details are hidden.
- 4Driver

- 5Driver

- 6Movia
The client gets an SMS
The SMS has the driver's name, phone number and car plate. The client knows who's coming for them.
- 7Driver
Does the ride
Payment for the ride goes directly, by the method stated in the order.
- 8Driver
Completes the order
The order moves to the driver's and provider's history, and the driver's rating goes up.
Everything is covered
The driver refused
Before “Departing”, a driver can refuse by giving a reason. The order goes straight back to the general list, and another driver can take it.
Nobody took the order
The provider gets a warning in advance. If the order still isn't taken, the publishing fee may be refunded automatically.
The provider cancelled the order
It can be cancelled until the driver sets off. The driver sees this in the app right away.
The order needs changes
The provider can edit the order until a driver accepts it.
